Last minute Christmas pressie!
There are a number of you who wish you could encourage your husband, wife, secretary, best friend etc to come and join the club.  Our conversations often lead to chat along the lines of  ”if only I could get him here, he’s always moaning about his back”.  Well, why not book him, her, them a session with one of the team?  I know we can seem a little scary at times, but if you do feel someone may benefit from our guidance we can arrange for a tailor made voucher.    Looking for a challenge for 2008?  Book your New Year health & fitness consultation NOW!
