CLASS DESCRIPTION

  Step & Tone

A Total body workout, not for the faint hearted. Excellent for improving your Cardiovascular Fitness and Muscle Tone. Fitness - Intermediate

Stretch & Tone

An easy to follow class which offers muscle toning and simple stretching. This class targets those troublesome areas, regular attendance will create a noticeable change.
Fitness -All levels

Circuits

A total body workout, which is easy to follow offering some variations to basic exercises. Speed, agility, balance and quickness will all be challenged. Fun, energetic and effective. Fitness - Intermediate/Advanced

Seniors

A low impact class designed specifically for the more mature exerciser. All exercise components used and improved. Heart and Lungs that will improve stamina for everyday activities. Strength training that will help maintain strong joints and keep Osteoporosis at bay. Some relaxing stretching to aid mobility.
Fitness - All Levels

Pilates

Pilates concentrates on the deep postural muscles that require both stretching and strengthening. Slow and controlled movements that rebalance posture and bring the body into its correct alignment. Excellent for back rehabilitation.

Chi Yoga

A combination of Tai Chi and Yoga offers all attendees a wonderful mix of both mind and body exercise. This stress relieving session really is different and is definitely worth a try. Fitness -All Levels Tai Chi Experience the wonders of this ancient art fusing mind and body together to provide a powerful yet gentle exercise which reduces stress and enables the participant to feel balanced and energised. Gym Circuit

Take an hour in the gym in a structured circuit of the gym equipment together with other participants. A fun sociable way to exercise. Work at your own pace with a trainer always with you to make the most of the hour.
